    Our Institute was established on August 1, 2001, and launched its doctoral program six years later. Guided by the core values of professionalism, passion, and integrity, we have laid a solid academic foundation to cultivate talent in both the theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM). Our key objectives include:

    1. Developing HRM expertise to stay attuned to industry trends
    2. Emphasizing the integration of theory and practice to ensure applicable skills
    3. Responding to globalization by nurturing internationally competent professionals
    4. Providing continuing education opportunities for HRM practitioners in central Taiwan
    5. Promoting life education to foster passionate and grounded attitudes

    Upholding these principles, we remain committed to advancing HRM research and professional education in Taiwan. Looking ahead, we aim to strengthen academic inquiry in the HRM field, expand collaboration with industry, and promote international academic exchange.
