本所張火燦講座教授受邀2022 ATD 亞太年會演講，演講主題為不能錯過的一堂必修課：關鍵人才管理(A required course not to be missed: Talent management)。
張講座簡歷張火燦博士目前是國立彰化師範大學人力資源管理研究所講座教授，他曾擔任彰化師大科技學院院長、人力資源管理研究所創所所長，另外也是台灣省企業人力資源發展學會前理事長。張火燦博士於1996年出版「策略性人力資源管理」一書，他開創台灣薪資管理認證與企業內部講師認證的先鋒，也曾在IBM公司、鴻海公司、富邦金控、震旦集團、諾華集團等企業演講。張火燦是美國俄亥俄州立大學博士，是第二屆國家人力創新特殊貢獻獎得獎者。
Dr. Huo-Tsan Chang is currently a chair professor at the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Changhua University of Education. He served as the dean of College of Technology, the founding director of the Institute of Human Resource Management, and the former chairman of the Taiwan Enterprise Human Resource Development Association. Dr. Huo-Tsan Chang published the book "Strategic Human Resource Management" in 1996. He pioneered Taiwan's compensation management certification and in-house trainer certification. He has also worked in IBM, Hon Hai, Fubon Financial Holdings, Aurora Group, Novartis Group. and other corporate speeches. Huo-Tsan Chang earned a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 1985 and the winner of the 2nd National HRD InnoPrize-Special Contribution Award.
